FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


What should I wear?

You may be just coming for a casual session in sneakers or heading out after your painting experience to keep the party going. Whatever you are wearing, we have aprons for everyone to help you keep your whites white and your party dress clean. Having said that, we don’t take any responsibility for spilt paint on clothes….. don’t cry over spilt paint!

What is your cancellation policy?

All single bookings are non-refundable, you may however reschedule your booking at any time, up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, in order to do this please email or call our team. Any “no show” bookings who have not called or emailed within the 24-hour period will not be refunded for the session. 

Do I need to book?

We highly recommend you book in advance to ensure you secure your preferred date and time. If you are coming with friends we have a “name of group” section in our booking section in which we can ensure you are all sitting together.


Do you sell food and drinks?

No, we are BYO beverages and nibbles. We provide all glassware, ice buckets and have a fridge onsite you can use. If you would like to bring along a small platter please feel free to although please note we don’t provide any food serving ware.


What do I need to bring?

You only need to bring yourself and your favourite beverage. We provide everything to need for the evening including glasses, paints, canvas, and aprons.


Where should I park in Hobart?

At our Hobart venue, there is plenty of on street parking around the Macq 01 building and waterfront area, which is signed. If you are enjoying a drink or two however… how about an uber or taxi, it will ensure you get home safe and sound !


What is your age policy?

We are an over 18 venue. We do however host Family sessions, these will be stipulated on the calendar when booking.
